Disconnected at the beginning of the game
Is it me, ea server issue, or a glitch?|||server issue with the wi-fi connections...Doesn't really do any thing but give you a loss on ur ranking, ranking points, and standing stay the samee.

how many roster updates have there been since the realese on madden 09 on wii.
i saw roy williams on the cowboys so i know there has been at least one|||at least 6 i think, i think we're on the CG list|||what does CG list mean?|||current generation that has the ps2 and wii i think and NG(next generation) is ps3 and xbox 360|||it does not matter. why will they have two different lists. i think they give roster updates to all the consoles at the same time|||nop for NG it was every friday and for CG it was like every 3 weeks but now there hasnt been update for either of them|||sportzguy, xbox 360 and ps3 have more ratings for players like "trucking" for running backs|||what does that mean eddy|||what do you mean what do you mean???

I dont see a roster update section(yuri fill me in please)
will rosters auto download when you sign in? or will there be an added option to get new rosters?|||go online, it will download automatically.
If you want to play offline with the updated rosters, I believe you have to load the roster update in settings. I only play online though, so I'm not 100%.

Yup, that's the dude, Did he use the Broncos? His wrist must've been tired from drumming that remote so hard against me. He got so-o-o-o lucky against me. I even picked off a pass in the 4th qtr with an opportunity to tie it (you know, I would've gone for 2 and the win at the end). But Forte fumbled it back to him. That's how he got that last FG. He's a p***y.|||yep broncos....idk why but the drumming has not been a problem for me at all, i have found some great formations on d that are shared with the miami defense seems to make a difference. i guess there is some good from the draft league lol i picked up some new plays. he started all runs and i shut him down a few drives so he started running 20 yds back for screens - since i was already blitzing outside lbs to hit his hb sweeps in the backfield that did not work either. he got 1 lucky long run up the middle right before half and of course most of the second half was spent trying to recreate that run lol - gotta love the one trick pony dudes. he had no idea what to do when i stopped his play.......think i saw 3 plays the whole game. I cannot see that dude giving you any trouble maybe they shake a little harder for top 10 dudes lol.|||this game and one other game, I had issues with the drumming. Otherwise, it hasn't given me problems this year either. I wasn't playing sharp to begin with tho, it was really late, and I was getting sleepy. I know on two of 'em the drumming seemed to pop up,right before I went for a big hit, so I think maybe the game thought I was drumming back causing the freeze up? 'Cus I know what I described in a previous thread to combat drumming has been very effective. I haven't gotten frozen like that since that one other game.
Even then, I'm not so much complaining about the drumming. I'm complaining 'cus he won't give me a rematch. He's just going to take his win, which I know he knows was luck, and run. Oh well...

good game man, forgot your persona name but its something about cheering for joe web 14, you really put it to me with the colts in the first half, after that I just explode. it was a close one 14-13 in the half, but cheesing screens doesn't get you anywhere, thats why you lost, last resort screens never work on me. cover 2 sink stops that in a heart beat, especially your stupid double screen and putting tight ends at slot receiver doesn't help either

Has anyone noticed that when playing online, you have plays that are in your playbook that ARE NOT there offline? I was playing this guy and I used SB 3 WR formation and picked "Quick Slants" play. I went offline and couldn't find it. Anyone else notices this?|||Are you sure you it wasn't there. Sometimes the plays move themselves around I have no idea why but it happens to me sometimes. The only thing I have noticed is that when I set my audibles all my plays aren't in the audible play book screen.|||You know Core, you might be right. Its a pain in the a$$ to go looking for a play when the clock is running.....|||Yeah it sucks when it happens because I run alot of the plays out of the same formation so I know what order the plays are usually in. So when the order switches it seems like I'm not even in the right formation and I back out and go back in. What really makes me angry though is that you cant change your defensive playbook online

Well, apparently your website is about as well put together as your Madden 09 for the WII. I just tried posting in a thread and it wont even let me. The last thing i see is something posted by Iceman23wave and it says 'An error has occurred and will be fixed by an administrator.' well, we all know that will never happen because you guys obviously don't know how to fix a broken shoe lace let alone a website or one of your top selling games. so with that said, i will post in this thread what i attempted to type in the thread that you said you supposedly fixed our issues that we have been complaining about for 4 months. so here it goes....
Bullets still don't work online, is there something you need to do inorder to get this to work? is it coming as a patch in the roster update? who ever the programmers are over there need to be fired, because they obviously have no idea of how to put together a good online game, and it is just reflecting poorly on you ea. maybe next year you guys should search for people with a bachelors or masters in computer engineering/programing. maybe they will actually be able to program a game unlike the high school drop outs you have over there now.|||This is brilliant edawg. Seriously EA, you really need to do something quick or you will lose hundreds of players in mere weeks if you let this continue. I know it takes a while to fix, but i highly doubt it should take you a year to fix all these problems and put it into next years Madden. So please just put a patch into the roster updates and let these online problems be fixed.

Whose idea was it to change the pre-snap buttons?
Is there an option (how about a code) to change the pre-snap buttons back to the way they were in 08 and 09?
In the other Maddens, when I wanted my defense to show blitz I just had to hit "right" then "left" on the control pad. Now I have to find a DB (which is a real pain when they're lining up), hit B, hope I didn't hit B in empty space or on a LB, and then go through all the buttons. I don't have a chance to do anything else and the play has already started.

Franchise
So I have updated my roster online and started a franchise. Great right. So why when I get to the off-season after retirements does the game lock up and freeze. It has something to do with the online roster because I have tried different franchises and with the original rosters it works fine. I thought it was my game and had returned it ti the store for a new one and it still happened. Why can I not use the updated rosters in franchise mode? Anyone else have this problem?|||When did you update the rosters? This was a problem in a previous update, but a new roster update went up recently (today it seems) that supposedly fixes the issue.|||i updated my rosters on sunday oct 4th|||Try updating again, there was an update between the 4th and 6th although I'm not sure when it went up. It only corrects the cause of the freeze issue (hopefully, although I haven't finished a franchise year yet to test it).

Absolutely no mistaking it....first the guy tries friendly quit, then when I try to offer mercy, I get rejected. Then concede over and over...then I'm booted with a loss and a d/c.

Then you offered mercy, not sure what that was about and I accidentally declined then asked for mercy again and you accepted. I did not "glitch" you as I do not know how. But I found it pretty "sportsmanlike" that when I asked for mercy with you 3 tds ahead and only 2 mins left you rejected it. So classy... In 09 there was a problem where if you accepted a players request to concede, you often did not get the win. So in 09, the way to get around it was to decline the concede request and offer mercy, this in most cases did get you the win. So in 10, many of the players who played 09, will do the same thing. I'm not sure if it's an actual problem in 10, but why take the chance? I do the same thing. It's not meant to rub it in, it's just something that has carried over from 09 to 10. I've been quite frustrated trying to figure out how to slide coverage/protection, key on players, etc. The menu thing just frustrates the hell out of me and I found I didn't have the time to use anything. So I gave up, and just have fun. I rely on play calling...although I have figured out how to audible at least (if I get time to set them).

I take the game back Friday, but I'll probably buy it because '09 gets shut down soon, and I'm addicted enough to online play that waiting for '11 won't happen. The glitching in '10 is really bad, at least at the level 1/2 range. I started over 'cause I was 5-1, then got a few glitch losses (3 after the game was over that I won were the worst). So I think I'm 0-2 with a 100% d/c rate, thanks to buddy and someone else. Just so you know...

It's official! With the closing of the 2010 season it is time to crown the Madden Champion, and, it is me!!!!! Hahaha it's been a fun year and i would like to thank everyone i played and smashed. Still fresh in my mind are the Devin Hester kickoff returns, Matt Forte td runs, Jay Cutler's precision passing, Adewale Ogunleye coming around the corner for the big sack and flex, Brian Urlacher just plowing someone over, all controlled by me. These are memories i will cherish for always. Praise God, who i pray to and give thanks for life and this experience.

It's a good point you raise which anyone pursuing the title should consider. I played 780 games, at say 20 minutes average that comes out to 260 hours of madden time. Not quite an hour per day but still a commitment. Fortunately the past year of my life has been wonderful, i bought a house and multiple properties, have been to some cool places and spent a bunch of time with friends and family. I've recently been accepted into a graduate program oversees so i will not be able to smash you all in 2011 as i will be furthering my education and traveling the world.

Every reciver/back is a legitimate threat
witten never drops anything
romo is a mixture of vince young joe montana and roger staubach
dbs are very fast, they drop all the easy picks but make up for it in coverage
the defense overall just rules
you have a speed back, a power back and a back with a little bit of both
toughest teams to me are
colts - dallas clark is unstoppable and no one ever drops a pass no matter how many guys cover him
saints - reggie bush unreal if used correctly, recivers are always open it seems
vikes - good recivers, AP, AP,AP
ravens - idk why they just kill me.

1) You may like 2-quarterback systems to exploit defenses in sublime unnoticeable manner.
Teams for this: Browns, Dolphins, Vikings, 49ers, Falcons, Bengals, Steelers
2) Like to rocket-throw in passes for ugly looking completions? Hey, if the balls get there on time then less contact during the catching proccess.
Teams for this: Eagles, Bears, Colts, Redskins, Buccanneers, Packers
3) Like touch? Like feeling safe, throwing catchable passes?
Teams for this: Patriots, Chargers, Saints, Vikings, Colts, Bengals, Packers
4) Like... Running? Better put touch on those passes or else.
Teams for this: Eagles, Browns, 49ers, Redskins, Jaguars|||I would say if you know how to do the speed blitz the colts, then you can speed blitz with only the front 4 because mathis and freeney are so friggin fast, not to mention peyton completes everything.
FYI if ya guys haven't figured out the speed blitz or for that matter how to block punts pm me i'll fill ya in, this simple trick to speed blitz will put you on par with all the top players.|||I agree about the Cowboys. I've tried them a couple of times (instead of Steelers), like I said in another post.
The passing game was unbelievable, and the defensive speed was significant compared to the Steelers.
I also found that the OL is real solid
As far as team matchups, I think this varies with you team.
Using the Steelers, other than the Cowboys (this year), I find the teams that give me the most trouble are surprisingly, the Raiders (every year), San Francisco (every year), the Broncos (this year) and the Bears (every year)
Ironically, I find the Steelers this year match up real well against the Colts, Saints, Packers, Jets and especially the Ravens...go figure.|||I seem to have real hard time with the Colts the 2 fast de's give me atough time. I usually end up running inside the tackles and short drop back step up passes. I like to use the Chargers, Pats or Jags .

Downloading and saving roster everytime I login.
Anyone else having this issue? I'm telling it to save it, and I'm overwriting the old one. I've even tried saving it at a new block. Now I have two rost, but I download and am asked to save everytime I login.

It seems like it was doing this automatically until I got hung up in this roster update loop.|||I believe it does this so everyone who plays online is required to use the same roster, which prevents people from cheating by modifying their own roster. If you want to save your substitutions offline, just save them to a separate file from where you save your online roster. You'll be able to use them in every offline mode, including Franchise Mode, but not online.|||The case is all online rosters must be the same for fairness and for server compatibility.
This feature also enables you to get the roster updates.

If you don't want to save over your own rosters save it as a new block. IT will do it every time as long as the file you have on your system doesn't match what they have.

Actually, it will do it every time you log in to EA Nation, even when the file on your system does match what they have.|||If the online version of the rosters is the first roster in the save menu, it doesn't download everytime. Which is strange, but no real rhyme or reason to why it does most of the time and doesn't every once in a while.
Maybe some other reason as well, who knows there are so many bugs in this game it isn't funny.|||I have it saved as the first (and only) roster in the save menu, and it still downloads every time. Even if I log in, download and save it, log off, and log on again a minute later, it still makes me download it again.

If you want to save your substitutions offline, just save them to a separate file from where you save your online roster. You'll be able to use them in every offline mode, including Franchise Mode, but not online.|||The case is all online rosters must be the same for fairness and for server compatibility.
This feature also enables you to get the roster updates.

If you don't want to save over your own rosters save it as a new block. IT will do it every time as long as the file you have on your system doesn't match what they have.

Actually, it will do it every time you log in to EA Nation, even when the file on your system does match what they have.|||If the online version of the rosters is the first roster in the save menu, it doesn't download everytime. Which is strange, but no real rhyme or reason to why it does most of the time and doesn't every once in a while.
Maybe some other reason as well, who knows there are so many bugs in this game it isn't funny.|||I have it saved as the first (and only) roster in the save menu, and it still downloads every time. Even if I log in, download and save it, log off, and log on again a minute later, it still makes me download it again.

LOL, what a story this is. So Dan-G decided to play me today, even after the whole "ehhh, gosh, EliteLC cheats, what a Cheater!!!" debacle. So we play a fantastic game together. I had some odd stuff occur (like my QB did a 360 and threw the ball on his head, WTF?) but it didn't take away from my fantastic playing.
I ended up beating Dan-G by 14 points. But the best part was the end of the game. I was beating him by 14 points (which is a large margin), and he tried "cheating" or something on me. He paused the game and tried "getting me back", but it didn't work! HAHAHA. So he lost the game and quit the game before it finished (even after giving his speech about not being a sore loser and quiting before games).

are stats posted online? such as the leaderboard, etc?|||yep, just go to the leaderboard from the main screen once logged in online.|||what happens if you go into locker room...i was wondering if that is where you can change audibles? download roster...rfanchise...every so often when i change them during game the audible screen remains while play continues...kind of hard to see the players. ...and then the connection fails. so how do you change audibles other than during game?
A few things (quite a long post)
I am a level 2 with a record of 7-4 but there are some things that really frustrate me about online play:
1) Out of my 4 losses only 2 of them are legitimate. In 2 games I was winning by a hefty amount and the game froze on me. The first time I was playing against the Eagles and I was winning by 21 in the 3rd quarter. I picked off a pass and immediatly my opponent paused the game. When he did this my screen went white and it and got stuck there. I had to restart my wii after about 5 minutes of waiting and when I got back online it said that I had a loss and that I had a dropped game on my record. Why am I given a loss if I was winning when this guy paused the game and froze out my game? Did he receive a win? Similar situation happened when I was winning 38-3 against another opponent. I paused the game to offer him mercy in the third quarter because I was getting sick of him doing all pass plays and dragging the game out. The screen froze and I was given a loss and a dropped game.
2) I think it is a little unfair at how certain players unstoppable. T.O. Randy Moss and Plaxico can catch just about any pass that is thrown to them. I double cover them with the corners and then my saftey comes up on a pass play yet T.O. will still get a 90 yard pass. Yet when I have my number 1 reciever wide open I often get drops or somehow it will get knocked down by a corner that comes across the field. I dont mind the whole lob pass thing but if I have a wide open receiver he should be allowed to catch the ball. The game should be a little more fair in that aspect considering that about 50% of players use the Cowboys because of TO.
3) Since the game is online why doesn't it update rosters/player stats to make it more fair. My favorite team Ravens were terrible last year because of injuries. With a healthy roster they are above average and I think that their terribleness in the game should not be a reflection of there stats last year.
4) Lastly has anyone had a problem with kicking after a player leaves? For some reason if a player leaves the game and I continue verse CPU I can not kick at all. In offline and online (not vs CPU) I always have good kicks but when a player leaves and I continue I always get poor kick power and shanked kicks.|||Heres just an update:
Add two more unfair losses to my freakin record. First one I started a game with this guy and the game got frozen at the loading screen. Didn't play a second of that game and yet I am given a loss??? Second loss was a really tight game. I was losing by 3 with 2 minutes left in the game and I was driving down the field. My controller blinks low battery and I clicked ok seeing that there were only 2 minutes left in the game. After that it says you have been disconnected from this game. Although the games are only 20 minutes regulation time, it usually takes about an hour to finish one game. It would be nice to be able to ask your opponent if you can run to the bathroom at halftime!|||I had a guy that plays the Eagles do that to me afte I was up by 21 in the 1st quarter; I got a loss.
Then I played another guy using Eagles (should've known when he used the exact same plays) and was kicking his butt whan it happened again.
Then the original guy sends a message saying Owned! a bunch of times. I had TWO losses from that game...how that happens I don't know.
So he gets 3 wins, even though he had no points, and I had more than 30.
Funny thing is this guy is ranked, Gamer49 or Gamer79 or something like that...uses Eagles and is not very good...obviously he gets wins like this. He overplays the run and is easy to pass on. Obviously he plays under different ID's...I suspect you played one of them by the sounds of it.
Last night I played three times...I'm up 37-3 on the first guy and he kept conceding and cancelling fast. Then I offered mercy...he accepted then I noticed that I got a loss!!! The next guy is down 21-0 in to the 4th quarter and quit after an INT in the final 2 minutes. I played the CPU and finished the game...and found out that I got a loss!! The third on I was winning 35-10 and offered mercy, which I got the win from. So after dominating 3 games I was 1-2. I can't see how some of these top guys have few losses.
Some of these guys on here that complain so much about dc's are ones that are doing the most of it.
My record is 30-20, but I've legitimately lost maybe 7 and have not actually quit any of those. The rest are stupid dc's.
And of the 30 wins, I would say 3 guys have actually finished.
Every single time I've played a higher ranked player, I get a dc loss. There's some glitch that some of these guys use when they're losing...that screen thing has happened to me most of the time.|||This is a glitch with a solution (at least when it happens at the very start). Power down the Wii immediately. This always works at the start, but only sometimes works later in the game when you see End Game (after getting a message the you've lost connection).
One sure thing...NEVER click on the End Game dialog (after getting a message the you've lost connection) because you ALWAYS get a loss.|||thats why i stopped playing, unfair losses and uncredited wins

Then the original guy sends a message saying Owned! a bunch of times. I had TWO losses from that game...how that happens I don't know.
So he gets 3 wins, even though he had no points, and I had more than 30.
Funny thing is this guy is ranked, Gamer49 or Gamer79 or something like that...uses Eagles and is not very good...obviously he gets wins like this. He overplays the run and is easy to pass on. Obviously he plays under different ID's...I suspect you played one of them by the sounds of it.
Last night I played three times...I'm up 37-3 on the first guy and he kept conceding and cancelling fast. Then I offered mercy...he accepted then I noticed that I got a loss!!! The next guy is down 21-0 in to the 4th quarter and quit after an INT in the final 2 minutes. I played the CPU and finished the game...and found out that I got a loss!! The third on I was winning 35-10 and offered mercy, which I got the win from. So after dominating 3 games I was 1-2. I can't see how some of these top guys have few losses.
Some of these guys on here that complain so much about dc's are ones that are doing the most of it.
My record is 30-20, but I've legitimately lost maybe 7 and have not actually quit any of those. The rest are stupid dc's.
And of the 30 wins, I would say 3 guys have actually finished.
Every single time I've played a higher ranked player, I get a dc loss. There's some glitch that some of these guys use when they're losing...that screen thing has happened to me most of the time.|||This is a glitch with a solution (at least when it happens at the very start). Power down the Wii immediately. This always works at the start, but only sometimes works later in the game when you see End Game (after getting a message the you've lost connection).
One sure thing...NEVER click on the End Game dialog (after getting a message the you've lost connection) because you ALWAYS get a loss.|||thats why i stopped playing, unfair losses and uncredited wins

When i go to customizable packages in the playbook section of the menu, i see a shotgun formation with " Short Snap". I've looked through every playbook in the game and can't find the formation, why is that?
Also, when i don't use precision passing, it seems like every pass that is thrown is behind the receiver?

Seems a little late to be releasing info for a game coming out in August IMO.|||Thanks for the information Coor. Maybe they will actually work on it a good bit for this years version. I believe we usually have more info about it before E3 comes about. Usually it is a lot of hype, and not much on the true details. Hopefully things will be different this year. ADD pHy to the TO THE FALSE START GLITCH LIST
he tries to cys to sproles on right every play or does 2 TE sweep left w/mathews.
Once you start beating him bad you get false start glitched back to your own goaline. He ends up winning 28-31. Game took about 2 hours to finish, i thought maybe he'd eventually let up but never did. Started out about 1st and 45-65, he'd let me run a play i'd pull off about 20 yds or more and then he'd glitch me back to goaline.
Seriously man 62 false start glitches in a game just so you don't get beat is ridiculous.

Manual Catch and Manual Swat: Help PLEASE!!!!!
I got Madden '09 at the midnight launch; it's ALMOST a perfect game of football as far as pace, intensity, etc. The running game is very responsive, run defense and tackling are tight, call your shots mode is friggin' awesome, and the game really makes you play proper formations to avoid getting burnt.
That being said, I still grudgingly took it back because I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONSISTENTLY MANUAL CATCH!!! Oh, that, and if I call the right defense to stop the deep ball, I can't manually swat without KNOCKIN' THE HOLY MESS out of the receiver. Is there ANY way to consistently perform these actions? This was not an issue in 08 OR 07. What gives??? I got sick of calling the perfect pass play, throwing it to the open receiver, and watching it either bounce of tha idiot's head or get picked because he wouldn't respond. I also couldn't stand stopping the opposition on 3rd down, calling the appropriate pass defense, trying to swat and watching helplessly as tha jackass tried to kill the receiver.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I would be willing to get 09 again if I knew it was actually possible to manually control the receivers and defensive backs. As it is right now, it's the equivalent of saying, "oh, the triangle button will only work right SOME of the time when you push it." That kind of unresponsiveness is unHEARD of on the average controller, and unACCEPTABLE in a game where execution is key. It should not be overlooked just because it's on the Wii.

I SO wanted to keep Madden(ing) 09, but this situation is a deal-breaker. Am I the only one that's noticed this????

This has happened to me consistently. Anyone else experienced it?|||defense is timing always be a safety much easier. offense you need to have the edge on the inside corner by looping tight and late and dont overrun it. If its you and the safety in a cover 2 zone you need to loop around to the inside and you will jump and catch. my favorite mind game is looping the other way if they also manual and it works wonders. Play me and you'll see plenty of chesey crap like this|||that loopy thing doesn';t work with me GB. is that why you stopped playing me. or was it because i know how to stop all three plays that you know how to run?|||I'm not talkin' about strategy or runnin' routes. I have no problem getting open. It's the actual motion control to catch and swat. I'm not buyin' the timing theory; the game just has poor recognition in these areas. I get open on offense, perform the motion that the game previously recognized as correct, and the ball bounces off my friggin' head or gets intercepted. I worked it up to recognizing my motions about 70% of the time, but that's a big 30% of busted plays after workin' hard to spring my receivers. Sometimes ya only get one shot to go deep or medium, and this is provin to be very unreliable.
Same thing wit' pass d. Ya only get one chance to stop somebody on 3rd and long; and I call the perfect play for the situation, the qb throws it, and I swat because I don't wanna risk blowin tha interception, and BOOM!!!! Big hit for no good reason, def pass interference, and messed up field position to top it off. Friggin' ridiculous. 08 was responsive, 07 was damn-near perfect (kicking was the only thing that needed work); IF IT AIN'T BROKE, WHY BREAK IT????
So again, I'm asking: Am I missing something???? Is there some magical thing I'm not doin' to properly catch and play the ball on defense? Or do we just fall prey to lazy programming this time around?

We had out teams picked and ready for battle, then bang, you are gone. I then am looking at Top 100 later, and find you at #4. What's up with that? NOMERCY591|||caught daddyhurst again - how the F!! is this guy in the top 10? he only had a lead briefly so no need to milk the clock but it was the same formation all game about three plays out of it, he had better d than i remembered - but not good enough to win. i do not think this guy has ever beaten me - not saying i am great but he sux!!

I think it's time for me to hang it up. I've finally gone up against an opponent I couldn't beat. JuniorPack, you are the best player in all of Wii Madden. Sure, I beat you the first couple of times we played and I had you down 14-0 again in our latest clash, but you really stepped up your game. You are unbeatable. Your defense is so intimidating, it caused my offensive line to false start more than 40 times in our game. And when you'd back me up to inside my 1 yard line and I'd have to punt, you'd come and block it even with max protect punt formation on. You are the best......
And it's well documented that VikingDog does this too. Not exactly sure how it's done.....something to do with shifting out of quarters coverage multiple times while the offense is getting set.....but at any rate, it's a false start every time. If this doesn't get fixed, or if these guys' accounts aren't deleted for doing this, then I'm done.

480p... please help!
Hi. I just got component cables for the Wii and ran Madden 08 on my 37" HDTV. I'm very disappointed -- the players look extremely pixellated, with many "jaggies." It is not clear at all. On my standard def TV, the view was zoomed out, but the quality was never this poor. I never saw another 480p game on my TV before, so I don't know if this is normal or not.
What are other peoples' experiences with Madden 08 in 480p... should it be looking better on my TV? Should 480p be a noticeable improvement with this title?

I've read all up and down to find these answers so I apologize if they have been covered.
1.While I understand "fair play" why is it in a ranked game can myself or opponent go on 4th down if it's not the last 2 min of a half?
2.Is play now alwyas ranked or can I get paired with an opp who has set up a non ranked game and is just waiting for an opp.?
3.While online I think it's called my preferences I can change my status to "All Madden" how does this affect me if all ranked games are set to Pro?
4.My buddy is always the Eagles he constatntly rolls far right and throws all the way across the field left on a screen play, since I cannot see all the way left it's really annoying any defense suggestions? 90% of the time it's a completion with 2 OL blocking for a big gain. Im always Jax if that changes anything.
5. Do you all save rosters "everytime" you log on?

Wii-Madden Football League (Season 3)
If you're getting Madden '09 for the Wii and you've always wanted to be in an online league, here we are. We struggled through seasons on '08...ya know with the lag and all...but we're all expecting this year to be much better and funner (is that even a word?).
If you want to be a part of a league, it takes some commitment. Usually, our league minimum is 2 games every 10 days so it really isn't that time-consuming.
