Love the game! One modest suggestion:

Greetings. I absolutely love this game! I'm very amazed at how immersive it is, and I appreciate the fact that it can be taylored to different play styles and preferences. I, myself, enjoy a realistic simulation experience, and Madden NFL 10 on the Wii gives me all the options I need.
This is the first Madden game I've ever played. I'm primarily a PC games kind of guy, but I've gotten into football in a big way this year, so I really wanted a good football video game. Madden is all that and more, but what is missing is explanations, either in the manual or online, of basic and complex aspects of the game. For a player new to both sports games and console games, I've found that challenging. I like finding my own answers, but I also like studying up when I can't be actually playing.
For instance, I cannot seem to find any discription of what Franchise and Superstar modes are. I just found out that they are unlockable, and I'll delve into them on a trial and error basis in the very near future. Still, it would be nice to have some sort of primer so I wasn't going in blind to how it all works.
Anyway, just figured I'd register a suggestion, since I love the game enough to care about making it more accessible to new players like myself. It's really the best $50 I've spent in a long time, and I'm impressed with the level of developer support and communication EA provides to players. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
- Josh|||Franchise mode is an in depth season mode. Basically you are the GM and you can make trades, participate in drafts, work out players to increase attributes ect.
Superstar mode is an in depth season mode where you play as one player just got drafted.|||My hunch is that this is just a collusion between EA and the publisher of the strategy guides to not put enough actual information out there about how the game really works.
There really should be an online guide, with the strategies, the complete playbooks, etc. But they leave that to the strategy guide folks, who charge $20-30 for the book.|||i could not find a wii strategy guide - the ones i found were almost all next gen oriented|||Somewhere I saw that someone tried both the Wii and Xbox versions of Madden 10 and that they both played exactly the same, just with different graphics. I hope that's the case, because I'm probably going to end up buying the strategy guide.
It sure would be helpful to know what the player attribute acronyms actually stand for.
