Does fatigue exist?

I play the Eagles, and obviously rely on Westbrook a lot. The other day in the second half of an off-line game, he was run down by a DB going MUCH faster than he was, and I started to wonder about fatigue. I know that players have fatigue stats, but I thought that like other things in the wii version, it didn't really matter.
Questions:
1) Is fatigue a factor in Madden/wii? Is it different between online / offline?
2) If fatigue IS a factor, how can we tell the condition of our players? I understand that in other game systems, there are displays that show the fatigue level of players, but I haven't seen anything like that in the wii game.
I appreciate the help.|||Fatigue is a factor in this team.
you can tell when you are in the playselection area. when you are selecting the formation, the color of the player indicates the fatigue level, white is fine, yellow is ok and orange is close to be subed out|||No way! You're saying the little dots in the formation graphs indicate the fatigue level of the players? If that's true, I've never noticed that. I want to run home right now and check that out. Thanks for the reply.
Maybe I haven't worked these guys long enough to see anything change color.
I suppose fatigue is not proportional to the length of the quarters? That is, maybe fatigue doesn't show up much in 5 minute quarters?

Fatigue exists, but only seems to have an impact if you have say a RB lined up at KR then run a few plays. I don't notice any game speed difference, but they are subbed out for a few plays.
Madden 09 Wii is an abomination.|||Brock, you're saying the dots DON'T change color? Come to think of it, the dots in the graph are all black on white, so Dawkins, were you thinking of a different system (I have seen from pictures that the dots are white on blue somewhere else)
Have to agree with you, Brock, about the wii thing. I really enjoy Madden, but it hurts to know how much better the game is on the other systems.
(sorry, I read this over and realize it's not quite clear... let me try again...)

It's hard, then, to evaluate game tips intended for better versions of the game.
So, Brock, how about weather? Does weather exist? I always choose "variable" weather, but it's always sunny with 0 wind.|||Guitarzan, all I'm saying is I know fatigue exists somewhere, but there's no way to tell other than that your player is sitting out for a few plays.
As far as weather, I haven't got a clue. I haven't played the game in a while.
Dawkins, I don't blame you. I think everyone should be able to assume this game would have been at least improved, especially when using a new generation of video game consoles.|||I don't know about in-game fatigue, but I know my nunchuk thumb gets sore after a while.|||I don't think fatigue is in the game online/offline. I've played guys online that ran Barber for about 6-7 plays straight with no noticable difference. Don't know if fatigue = fumbles though....
