relocating

how do yoou relocate in the off season...when im in debt it says you should think about relocating or changing prices but i cant find out how to relocate. i just cant find it. some ppl say go to stadium but only thing in stadium is rename or upgrade... and the thing that pissed me off is that in 2010 the dolphins became the san antonio scorpians...AND the texans became the LA Copperheads...so ik the computer can relocate but how do i!!!|||this is on the Wii if any1 is wondern
