I was beating up a Saints user. I scored 2 tds, and he gave up and quit. Score is 14-3.
I continued VS the cpu.
Cpu 1st drive: throws a pick
My drive: Catchs the punt, gets hit, scooped up by the D for a touchdown
My next drive: Passes are somehow maximum accuracy AND maximum float; I throw a pick because of it
Cpu 2nd drive: He get's into fg range and misses a fg
Score is 14-10.
My drive: I attempt to run, but fumble and lose the fumble
Cpu drive: Wr wide open and scores(?); I had 11man coverage
My next drive: I have a 3andOut and punt the ball 4 yards due to my kicking game being heavily effected as well
Cpu drive: Makes the fg
There were alot of unrealistic things happening... I don't understand any of this.
Can anybody explain how the cpu does this stuff so unconspicuously?|||here are some of the crazy things that have happened once a cpu steps in:
1) I intercept a pass, yet fumble and it gets scooped up by the Eagle's McCoy for a touchdown at a critical moment
2) I'm on my 3rd down, and my pass to Hillis looks completed yet it's ruled out've bounds; I try to challenge it, but the option wasn't available
3) A fair catch call made by me held no value, and I get hit, fumble, and the other team(Niners) scoops it up for a touchdown
4) Up 28-0, the cpu stepped in after the player quit and cpu controlled Alex Smith completes over 9 passes in a row for a touchdown, all the while everybody is covered and there are 2 double-covered receivers while I'm manually blitzing a safety
The ending? Cpu controlled Alex Smith threw 6 touchdown passes and beat me 45-42
I'm losing it. I'm telling you somethingis wrong. Lately I've improved, but it has caused me to beat people enough as to where they quit, and then this stuff happenes...|||The kicking game has always been affected by someone quitting. I do not know about the pass game and fumbles now because when a guy quits I just quit and count because the win doesn't mean that much. Just quit and count take the rank points and move on. Stop shooting for the undefeated streak, even the #1 ranked guy has losses. Losses happen and will happen. Just like I always say anything can happen in any given game, just like the real NFL.
If you really are better (which I do not know we haven't played in a few weeks) but if you are why are you playing so many noobs? Play people that your matched with skill wise and then you wont have to worry about noobs quitting on you and then these cpu problems. Are you playing on ALL PRO or ALL MADDEN?|||All pro
I think I'll quit and not count if the score isn't at mercy level
as for a solution, I'll try putting in Colt McCoy or Delhomme if passing problems occur|||Even if you have a 1 point lead, quit and count. At least you get ranking points for it. I have seen where the computer would not allow me to grant mercy unless I was up by 28-35 points. Also if you grant mercy when the person quits you will get a loss. If you do not allow the computer at least 1 more offensive possession before granting mercy you always get the short end of the stick.|||if you really cant beat the cpu on allpro then you need alot of practice, im hopin you stepped away from your old gameplan but from the sound of it you surely havent. the cpu on allpro is worse than any "noob" ive ever played.
the problem with calling a quarter defense and CYSing your own play is a) you lack strength on the field, b)youre confusing your own AI.
the problem with constant scramble passing is the accuracy, and the fact that your recievers could be open way earlier headed up field.
some quick ways ive learned to beat the cpu: Wildcat pass/sweep, sweeps/counters, blitz the * out of them and watch the qb run up the middle.
^^^those are quick ways, honestly though i think if the cpu is challenging you on allpro settings then i think you should try to beat that challenge before trying to compete online
its not the Browns, teams dont really have anything to do with it besides how theyre setup, you haz some issues with your game that you should fix to prevent you from losing so often

I destroy cpus in any offline game. It's when it's online.|||allpro online is the same as offline, its the default setting for the cpu when someone quits. default for offline is pro i believe, which is WAY easier than allpro|||moon I seen you on about 5pm eastern, tried to send you a game request but you ignored it or didn't see it. Do I really suck that badly because I'm one of the only people who can actually use the browns? They're my best team, but still.
I bet if you used the browns and I used the... Heck, anything, you'd lose hands down.
What you'd and most others do if you tried to beat me using the Browns:
1) Attempt to break every tackle using Hillis. FAIL, fumble.
2) Try out passing against me... FAIL, can only use Drew brees/MrObvious QB.
3) Attempt to force in ugly passes. FAIL, if there's no touch then the browns WRs drop passes.
4) Attempt to throw an extremily cheap bomb. FAIL, you aren't using a cheesy team.
5) Attempt to run the ball. FAIL, the line can't run block.
6) Attempt to cheese me if I pass alot. FAIL, the Browns have the slowest D in the game.
No matter how I look at it, very few people can beat me if it's an all-Browns match. I'm not complaining... It's my best team and all. Really I'm just insulting everyone.|||you went 1-20 or something in games against our league members. You have no game besides scrambling for hours and then throwing a pick. all i'm saying is don't act like you are good when you are not. I don't.|||Who would really play seriously scrambling while throwing? Oh right, nobody.
Admit it. You would be way worse off if you use the Browns yourself. I bet you'd score like 10points.
And face it! I have game. Why else do you see people value my existence on this site?
